We are open from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM during the school year, and from 8 AM to 4 PM in the summer. We offer half days and full days with customized scheduling for Pre-School Threes and Fours, and Playcare Ones and Twos!
We offer customizable enrollment schedules with dismissal times throughout the day. Families can choose part-time or full days with 2, 3, 4, or 5 days of enrollment.
PLAY GROUPS
● Toddlers
We offer extra special care for children who are not yet 2 years old by our September 1 cut-off date. Toddlers must be at least 1 year old and walking independently! Each toddler under our care learns and explores through play in a warm, nurturing environment with the guidance of a caring, compassionate staff.
● Step-Ups
Our Step-Ups program is a great first class for children who are at least 2 and not yet 3 by September 1. This program combines a little structure with opportunities to learn, grow, socialize, and explore. Potty training is not required.
PRE-SCHOOL
● Pre-K Threes
With this program, children learn and enjoy an individualized small group fun. Projects and learning opportunities are introduced along with ample playtime and socialization for children who are 3 years old by September 1, and are eligible for Kindergarten in two years. Pre-K 3s children must use the bathroom independently.
● Pre-K Fours
Readiness skills and concepts are introduced along with plenty of great projects, fun, playtime, and social development for children who are at least 4 years old by September 1 and are eligible for Kindergarten the following year. Pre-K 4s children must use the bathroom independently.
SUMMER FUN
Glenside United Church of Christ Pre-School is committed to providing high-quality, affordable summer programs in Glenside, PA. We offer a lot of enrichment activities designed to nurture healthy development, ensuring all children have the tools to unlock their full potential. Our summer program is open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
